Camp Fair Tomorrow! 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Don't miss the 17th Annual Camp Fair tomorrow at MFS in the Field House. This is the largest Camp Fair in South Jersey, featuring over 70 camps. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. The Camp Fair is sponsored by the MFS Parent Council. There will be face-painting and other entertainment for children, and refreshments and lunch will be available for purchase. A wide variety of summer local, regional and national camps will be represented, including day and residential camps for young people in preschool through high school.

New York Times Best-Selling Author Rosalind Wiseman To Visit MFS
All parents are welcome to attend the Parent Council meeting, featuring Rosalind Wiseman on Tuesday, February 17, at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium. Parents are welcome to bring a friend. Rosalind is the author of Queen Bees and Wannabes: Helping Your Daughter Survive Cliques, Gossip, Boyfriends, and Other Realities of Adolescence (the summer reading selection for MFS faculty and staff) which was the basis for the 2004 movie Mean Girls. She founded the Empower Program, a national violence-prevention program, in 1992. Since then, she has gone on to work with tens of thousands of students, educators, parents, counselors, coaches, and administrators to create communities based on the belief that each person has a responsibility to treat themselves and others with dignity. Other recent publications include contributions to Parade magazine and Town and Country. Her most recent book Queen Bee Moms and Kingpin Dads was released in 2006 and she is a monthly columnist for Family Circle Magazine.

AIM Survey Deadline Extended
The Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM) Parent Climate Survey deadline has been extended to Friday, February 13. To date, only 20% of parents have completed the survey. Every MFS parent (not one per household) is asked to complete the survey. For complete instructions, click here or review the letter sent to your home.
