MFS Moorestown Friends School

The Annual Fund - Q & A

Q: How can we help with the Fund?

A: Volunteers are always welcome! Parent Phonathon, calling all the school families for a pledge of support, takes place in October. Sessions are preceded by a light supper at the Head of School’s house.

Alumni Phonathon also takes place in the fall. There are Sunday afternoon sessions at 3 p.m. and evening sessions at 6 p.m. Alumni join Upper School volunteer callers to talk to graduates across the country and invite them to participate in the Annual Fund.

The Phonathons are held on campus in Stokes Hall.

Additionally, volunteers are needed for a wide range of other tasks ranging from personally asking for leadership gifts to helping to collate and stuff mass mailings. To volunteer to help with the Annual Fund, contact Beth Stouffer, Assistant Director of Development, at bstouffer@mfriends.org.

SOME ADDITIONAL FACTS ABOUT THE FUND

All tax-deductible contributions receive prompt acknowledgment and receipts, and contributions are listed in the Annual Report of Donors published by the Development Office at the close of the fiscal year, and mailed to the entire school community in early fall.
