Alex Kwak ’23 and Emmet Kimberly ’22 Accepted Into All-South Jersey Orchestra

Alex Kwak ’23 and Emmet Kimberly ’22 have been accepted into the All-South Jersey High School Orchestra and String Ensemble. Emmet will play in the First Violin Section, and Alex is the Second Chair Cellist. The numbered sections and “chairs” of an orchestra are a ranking of players’ proficiency and skill; first and second chairs/sections have more complex sheet music and serve as leaders in the performance.

In recognition of this honor, Alex and Emmet will perform in the South Jersey Band and Orchestra Director’s Association (SJBODA) HS Orchestra and Junior High String Ensemble Concert on January 5 at Rowan University.
