Moorestown Friends School is committed to protecting your privacy. The following states the information practices for the mfriends.org and beginningatmfs.org websites.

The information we collect through our order forms and contact pages may include your name, child’s name and age and/or grade, company name (if applicable), telephone number, mailing address, email addresses, and comments and messages. We use this information to process your requests, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or website to make them better.

Moorestown Friends School DOES NOT sell, trade, or rent any of this information to anyone else. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own contact system. We also collect the email address of the person who is receiving information and postcards you are sending them from some of the “tell-a-friend” forms on our website.

Occasionally, we may email you new information about relevant offerings or services. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out, with a convenient link to unsubscribe from future emails.

At any time, you may access or correct the personally identifiable information that we maintain by emailing a Customer Information request. For information submitted to Moorestown Friends School, please use our main website form to contact us. You can also contact us with questions or submit a Customer Information request by calling (856) 235-2900. You can ask that such information be corrected with a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your records.

This website uses Google AdWords

Our website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the MFS website(s). Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
