Diana Day Produces Podcast Episode for Conversations at the Schoolhouse Gate
Academic Technology Coordinator, Portal Content Director, and WordsWorth advisor Diana Day is a member of the Journalism Education Association’s (JEA) Scholastic Press Rights Committee (SPRC), whose mission is to build awareness and share information about scholastic press rights.She is a volunteer for the SPRC podcast group and recently produced a podcast titled “Editorial Boards: A Layer of Protection for Student Voices” which included guest (fellow WordsWorth advisor and English Department Chair) Debra Galler and WordsWorth Editor-in-Chief Sam Bitman ’21. The episode also welcomed Sam’s grandfather Terry Bitman, a long-time writer and editor for the Philadelphia Inquirer.
