Trustee Mindy Holman, Chairman of the Board of Holman Enterprises, shared her thoughts on leadership with the Grade 10 “Leadership and the Quaker Dimension” class taught by Associate Head of School Chris Kimberly.
Ms. Holman shared wisdom from her experience as the leader of one of the nation’s largest retail auto businesses. Students learned about her use of servant leadership to guide the company as it adapts to a changing marketplace. Ms. Holman demonstrated that mission and values have played a critical role in clarifying the company’s direction and helped employees to engage as dedicated stakeholders in the company’s success.
