Dates: July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26, 2013

Location: Moorestown Friends School's air-conditioned and recently renovated Hartman Hall and historic Greenleaf Mansion.

Programs for students entering Prekindergarten to Grade 10 in the following areas:

• Video and Sound Production
• Robotics and Computer Applications
• Economics and Entrepreneurship
  
• Architecture and Design
• Chinese Language and Culture

How to Enroll

A deposit of $300.00 is required with registration.  After April 25, full payment is required with registration. Complete the registration form online and submit with a check for the appropriate amount payable to Moorestown Friends School.  Checks should be mailed to Moorestown Friends School, 110 E. Main St., Moorestown, NJ 08057 Attn: Office of Innovation and Extra-Curricular Programming. Checks can also be dropped off at the Stokes Hall Reception Desk during school hours.  You will receive an email confirmation once your check has been processed.  If you choose to pay with a credit card, please do so using the online registration form. 

Extended Day Options

Our extended day program is available in the morning from 7:30-9:00 AM and in the afternoon from 3:30-6:00 PM.  Students in morning or afternoon extended day programs will play group games and have a choice of age appropriate sports, art, computer, and creative activities.  The charge is $4.00 per hour.  If you are interested in Extended Day, please check off the appropriate block on the registration form.  You will receive additional billing information in the spring.

Lunch

Full-day scholars should bring their own lunches, drinks and snacks.  Half-day scholars should bring drinks and snacks. Appropriate storage will be provided.  There are also several days when food will be supplied by the program.  You will receive details about these days at the beginning of each week that your child attends.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify us in writing by April 1, 2013 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be given out after April 1, 2013. There are no allowances given for late arrival, early dismissal, or missed days. Changes in courses or sessions are based upon availability and must also be made on or before the April 1, 2013 deadline.  Requests should be mailed to:  Summer Scholars Program, Moorestown Friends School, 110 E.
