Moorestown Friends School senior Carl Durkow has been named a finalist in the Drexel University High School Photography Contest. Over 1,350 photographs were submitted from all over the United States, and his photograph was one of 125 images chosen.
As a finalist, Carl’s work will be exhibited at the university’s gallery from February 8 to March 10, 2014.
The opening reception will be held on Saturday, February 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Drexel University Photography Gallery. The Gallery is located on the fourth floor of the Paul Peck Problem Solving & Research building, on the northeast corner of 33rd & Arch Streets. Exhibit hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 8 p.m.
