Second Graders Visit Moorestown Public Library

May 4, 2023

Today the second grade took a walking trip to the Moorestown Public Library (MPL). The students were excited to explore the children’s collection, make a craft, and listen to a story, led by the Library’s Head of Youth Services, Jen Dunne. MFS students are also eligible for MPL accounts, even if they don’t live in Moorestown, which is a wonderful benefit!  Students went to the library with their teachers Emily Bowditch and Nikki Jefferson, Librarian Ruth Malwitz, and a wonderful team of parent/guardian chaperones. Said Ruth: “We’re so glad to partner with the MPL and hope to make similar trips in the future!”
